# TERMS AND CONDITIONS

## 2. Product
The subject of the contract is the provision of software, including a training platform, templates, and digital content.

Access is granted after a one-time payment, with lifetime usage rights.

## 3. Contract Conclusion
The contract is concluded via the online purchase process.  
Payment is processed through Stripe (including PayPal, credit card, and bank debit).

## 4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are final prices. Payment is made as a one-time payment.

## 5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a general right of withdrawal of 14 days.

## 6. Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
For digital products, the right of withdrawal expires if:

- the customer explicitly agrees that the execution begins before the withdrawal period ends  
- the customer acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal  
- access to the software or platform is provided  

Without this consent, the right of withdrawal remains valid.

Once access has been granted and consent has been given, no withdrawal or refund is possible.

## 7. License and Usage
The customer receives a non-transferable license.

The following is prohibited:
- resale  
- sharing  
- copying  
- reverse engineering  

## 8. ISO Standards and Updates
Updates are provided when legally required.

Users are responsible for specifying whether audits are conducted under old or updated standards.

## 9. Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

Exceptions:
- injury to life, body, or health  
- mandatory legal provisions  

## 10. Technical Infrastructure
The platform is hosted by third-party providers (e.g. STRATO).

## 11. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
